Do you provide delivery services?
Yes. We provide delivery services to Singapore addresses on the main island.
What is the minimum order required for free delivery?
The minimum order for free delivery is S$100 (before GST).
What is the delivery charge for orders below S$100?
A $10 delivery charge applies for orders below $100 (before GST).
How long will my order take to arrive?
The average leadtime is 3- 5 working days upon confirmation of the order. Our friendly customer care officer will contact you to inform you on the expected date of delivery.
Can I change or update my order?
Once an order is submitted, a customer care officer will contact you to confirm your order. You may change your order at this point. We are unable to make further changes beyond that point. We apologise for any possible inconvenience.
How do I return or exchange defective items?
If you have any defective item(s), please contact our customer care at 6282 8166 or email chong.lf@souprestaurant.com.sg. Please keep the product or take a picture in order for us to process the exchange.
What are the modes of payment?
Cheque payment upon delivery. Please make the cheque payable to "Samsui Supplies and Services Pte Ltd".
