MINDS Social Enterprise was started in 2000 to create additional avenue offering employment and income opportunities to our clients.  It has proven to be a viable alternative of creating employment for persons with intellectual disability, resulting in the formalising of in-house industries and transforming them into platforms of sustainable employment.

             Projects such as MINDS Food, MINDS Shop, MINDS Wash, MINDS Craft and MINDS Perform were created to provide a range of “supported employment” for MINDS clients. At the same time we hope to advocate the interests and causes of persons with intellectual disability so as to enable them to participate as fully as possible to society.
