WHAT ARE YOUR MODES OF PAYMENT?​

​We advise our customers to use Paypal as the mode of payment. Paypal is safe and operates on a reliable payment system. To find out more, you may visit their website at www.paypal.com. For cash payment, we advise our customer to come down to MINDS. You may need to contact us before coming down to our centre.​

​HOW SECURE IS SHOPPING ONLINE AT MINDSCRAFT?​

​Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted by Paypal externally. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the Paypal procedure.​

 

 

 

WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE MADE MY ORDER(s)?

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will be delivered to you the following working day. Sometimes, it may take 2-4 days or more for us to process and prepare for logistic purposes.​

​DO I RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER(s)?

Yes. You will receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail when your order is sent out to you. Please do provide us with the correct email address to avoid any issues.

CAN I CANCEL A PURCHASE?

You can cancel a pending purchase in two ways. If the purchase displays a Pending status, contact us directly to cancel the hold on funds. If the merchant is unable to cancel the hold on funds, fax a statement to PayPal including the following information:

Your Name.
Your PayPal Debit/Credit Card number.
The amount to be cancelled.

The item description.
The original purchase (authorization) date.
The authorization number.
The name of the person at the merchant requesting the cancellation.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ITEM(S) TO ARRIVE?

MindsCraft will only dispatch goods upon receipt of cleared funds. This is normally 2-4 business days depending on the originating bank. Payment by PayPal is the quickest way of having your order on its way to you. All orders for which payment is not received within 10 business days will be cancelled. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us. Upon the receipt of an order we will communicate to you (normally by e-mail), a confirmation that we have received the details of your offer.
